Some of you that know me well will be fully aware of my past moans and groans prior to my back operation in 2012. My moans and groans now usually stem from lack of hill time!

One of my finds last August was near the top of my favourite hill. My client for the day was busy sketching the hills beyond and I wandered around looking for something of interest.

Some stunning winter days already, let's hope for more!!

I try to get out every other day for a walk and I try and do a long one at least once a week. When I say long, 25km plus, into a remote area where I can look at that conditions and see the seasonal changes.
