Bennachie Litter Pick Day

About this event:

Past of the National Real3Peaks Challenge which is an awareness event that runs every October, involving a deep-clean of the peaks. We have chosen to do this on Bennachie. There is no charge to take part in this event but please complete a booking so we can keep a track of and limit numbers.

Meet up location:

Meet at the Bennachie Visitor Centre at 10am, after which we may split up and go to different areas of the hill. The event will stop at 3pm, back at the Visitor Centre for cake, but you are welcome to come for as long as you like.

Equipment:

We will provide litter pickers and bags, you may want to take your own gloves. Like all days on the hill, you should bring the appropriate outdoor kit, see kit guide here for summer / autumn.

Health and Safety:

Please note this is not a guided event. You will be repsonsible for your own safety and should be able to guide yourself off the hill safely. We do ask however that you let us know if you decide to leave or we may come and look for you!
